My son Jack loves good chicken and waffles so when we went to Atlanta the first order of business was finding Atlanta’s best chicken and waffles. Atlanta Breakfast Club consistently came up as one of Atlanta’s best breakfasts and so we hit it up. With a live DJ and a line out the door with more than an hour wait on a Friday morning in October, my first thought was that this is a scene. But, we didn’t come this far to only come this far, so Jack and I sped through Atlanta on electric scooters, stopping off for morning Joe and waited our turn to see if Atlanta Breakfast Club was worth its salt. Well, it was definitely worth the wait. Not the healthiest of menus but a nice hearty, southern breakfast to be enjoyed every once in a blue moon. Here’s a little sample of what we ordered.
