Avocado Boursin & Smoked Salmon Sandwich Ingredients

  • 1 croissant

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/4 lemon, juiced

  • salt, to taste

  • 1 Tablespoon Boursin cheese

  • 1/4 cup romaine lettuce, sliced into strips

  • 3-5 slices of smoked salmon

Avocado Boursin & Smoked Salmon Sandwich Instruction

  • Using a bread knife, slice your croissant in half, length wise

  • In a small mixing bowl, add avocado, Boursin, salt, and half of your lemon juice. Using a fork, smash and mix until the mixture is creamy

  • spread the avocado and Boursin mixture onto both sides of the croissant

  • top one side with lettuce, and squeeze the remaining lemon juice over the top. Season with salt

  • lay the smoked salmon slices over the lettuce, close the top of sandwich and enjoy!
