Cocktail Hour: Lychee Martini

A lot of the recipes I share here, are born from request of a friend or family member and after grabbing a can of lychees at the H Mart in Lower Manhattan, Lynette was craving a lychee martini so of course I obliged. Dive into the delicious allure of a Lychee Martini, with a tantalizing twist on this classic cocktail. This elegant libation seamlessly blends the delicate sweetness of lychee fruit with the crisp sophistication of vodka, resulting in a drink that is both refreshing and refined. Shake together premium vodka, lychee juice, and a splash of fresh squeezed lemon juice. Strain into a chilled martini glass rinsed with Vermouth and garnish with a plump lychee fruit and a lemon rind for a visually stunning presentation. Lychee Martini Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces vodka

    • optional: infuse the vodka with 2 lychee gummy candies in advance

  • 2 cups of ice

  • Vermouth (to rinse)

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

  • 2 ounces lychee juice

  • lemon rind and lychee fruit to garnish

Lychee Martini Instructions

  • Fill two martini glasses with ice and allow to chill

  • Remove ice from the glasses and rinse with vermouth

  • Add 1 cup ice, vodka, lychee juice, and lemon juice to cocktail shaker.

  • Shake well

  • Pour cocktail mixture into prepared martini glasses

  • Rub lemon rind on the glass and add rind and lychee fruit to garnish.
