EATS: Air Fried Crispy Asian Style Wings
Super Bowl Sunday is just one week away and my air fried crispy Asian style hot wings are a recipe that you definitely want on your game day menu! Football is always a big event in my house and a big celebration (smaller this year to keep safe!) with a lot of great food is the perfect way to celebrate the final big game of the season.
Pro Tip: The trick to making your air fried spicy wings crispy is to remember my mantra, KEEP IT DRY WHEN YOU FRY. Use paper towels to soak up any extra moisture. That combined with the coating and refrigeration will help you achieve a perfectly crisp chicken wing.
This week I’ll be posting some new recipes that are great for Super Bowl Sunday. Feel free to comment below if you have any recipe requests.
And it’s always fun to take a look back at my experience at Super Bowl XLVIII. Cheers and let me know how you like this recipe for crispy Asian style hot wings!
