EATS: Sweet + Spicy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

There are two major reasons I really like to make these sweet and spicy roasted pumpkin seeds and why I wanted to share with you all.  First of all, pumpkin seeds are a superfood. They're rich in protein, healthy fats--including omega-3—magnesium, zinc, iron and so much more! SWEET AND SPICY ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS

  • 2 Cups of pumpkin seeds (washed and rinsed)

  • 1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (substitute with nutmeg for sweet roasted pumpkin
    seeds)

  • 1/2 Teaspoon fine sea salt

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
