  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest

  • juice of 1/2 navel orange

  • 2 teaspoons raw grated ginger

  • 3 Tablespoons crystalized ginger, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup water

    Ginger + Orange Zest Cranberry Sauce Instructions:

    1. Prepare Ingredients

      • Rinse the cranberries under cold water and set aside.

      • Grate the raw ginger, zest the orange, and juice half of the orange. Chop the crystallized ginger.

    2. Cook the Base

      • In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and water.

      • Stir to mix well and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.

    3. Add the Gingers
