EATS: Sweet + Spicy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

SWEET AND SPICY ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS
2 Cups of pumpkin seeds (washed and rinsed)
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (substitute with nutmeg for sweet roasted pumpkin
seeds)1/2 Teaspoon fine sea salt
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon of Honey
