Fire Roasted Pears with Chocolate Ganache
There's something magical about cooking over an open fire, especially in the colder months. When the air is crisp and the warmth of the flames is as comforting as a cozy blanket, a rustic, fire-roasted dessert is the perfect way to end a meal. My Fire-Roasted Pears with Chocolate Ganache bring together the best of winter flavors—sweet, caramelized pears infused with smoky depth, paired with rich, velvety chocolate ganache. It’s a simple yet indulgent treat that feels both nourishing and decadent. This dessert is ideal for chilly evenings spent outdoors, whether you're gathered around a backyard fire pit, a campsite, or even an open grill. Unlike summer’s bright, citrusy sweets, roasted pears offer a deep, mellow sweetness that pairs beautifully with warm spices and dark chocolate. Best of all, it requires minimal ingredients and effort, making it an easy yet impressive dessert to share.
