Herb Goat Cheese & Pear Croissant

Herb Goat Cheese & Pear Croissant Ingredients
3 Tablespoons goat cheese
2 Tablespoons ricotta
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
salt to taste
cracked black pepper to taste
1/4 lemon, juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 croissant
1 pear, thinly sliced
Honey, for drizzle
micro greens
Herb Goat Cheese and Pear Croissant Instruction
In a medium mixing bowl combine the goat cheese, ricotta cheese, parsley, dill, garlic, salt and pepper
Mix together until the texture is smooth and creamy, add the lemon juice and lemon zest and mix until combined
slice your croissant in half down the center and spread one side with the herb goat cheese mixture
lay down micro greens over the spread
layer slices of pear across the micro greens
drizzle the pears with honey and add some cracked black pepper
close the croissant and cut down the middle to serve and enjoy!
