We wanted dessert following our wonderful meal at Casario and Jack had a great idea to get gelato at Gelataria Portuense near our apartment. It was a nice evening to walk. Gelataria offers classic gelato flavors—chocolate, pistachio, hazelnut and so on—as well as flavors that represent particular places around the world, a new one each month. On our visit the featured flavors were Moroccan and included Moroccan mint, rose, and a flavor I tried, Ras el Hanout which was a delicious Moroccan spice blend with toasted sesame.

The gelato was delicious. Very creamy and low air, packed with a lot of delicious flavor. The servers were very friendly. It was the perfect end to our evening meal.
