Aruba Guide: Tierra del Sol Resort & Golf
When vacationing on a Caribbean Island, resort time is an absolute must. For my wife, it’s all about the spa day, for me, it’s all about the golfing and at the end of the day we come together for the cocktails and great food. Tierra del Sol Resort and Golf in Aruba checks all the boxes for fun, rest, and relaxation.
The Golf at Tierra del Sol
The contrasting view scape of shoreline and crashing waves with desert and cacti plants makes the golf course at Tierra del Sol one of a kind. As I learned, Aruba is windy so it can be a bit of a challenge. Fortunately, I played with players who had experience on the course, so they gave me good advice on which clubs to take and swing with. I golfed here two days and overall, it was a really pleasant experience
The spa at Tierra del Sol
If I had more time I definitely would have joined my wife at the spa. Next time! She selected a deep tissue massage and manicure/pedicure. Her experience was wonderful with peaceful rooms, an experienced masseuse, an wonderful nail technician. Enjoy mimosas, tea, or coffee during your treatments and a hot tub/garden after.
The Restaurant at Tierra del Sol
The view for outdoor dining at the restaurant at Tierra del Sol is really stunning. After a round of golf it was really nice to enjoy a good meal and beautiful views with great company.
The bar at Tierra del Sol
At the end of the day there’s nothing better than coming together for drinks and fun at the bar. The bar tenders are great and make really good cocktails.
