Cocktails: Tuscan Fresco Mocktail

Cocktails: Tuscan Fresco Mocktail

Whether you’re throwing some “dry days” into your summer routine, or making a special drink for your younger guests and children, sometimes you need a good recipe for a refreshing summer mocktail. I shared this mocktail recipe I created—the Tuscan Fresco mocktail— with Food & Wine several years ago. It’s the perfect summer mocktail. Light and fresh with a little bit of woodsy citrus notes from the rosemary make the Tuscan Fresco mocktail something you and your guests will enjoy. If you scale this recipe up to serve in a pitcher, I recommend not adding the club soda but rather having a bottle or cans placed next to the pitcher, allowing guests to top off the Tuscan Fresco Mocktail with club soda on their own. This will keep the bubbles fresh and fizzy. Whether you’re enjoying extra outdoor time sipping good drinks on the patio or hosting a summer garden party, the Tuscan Fresco mocktail is the perfect summer refreshment.

Tuscan Fresco Mocktail Ingredients

  • 2 rosemary sprigs

  • 1 ounce peach nectar

  • 1 ounce white cranberry juice

  • *If you want to modify this recipe for more grown up cocktails, simply add 2 ounces of vodka
