Jalapeño Mango Hot Sauce Ingredients
2 cups of mango, diced
1 cup of chopped Jalapeños (seeds in or out depending on how hot you want it)
1 cup chopped white or yellow onion
6 cloves of garlic
1 cup white distilled vinegar
1 cup rice wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 teaspoons of kosher salt
1 teaspoon sugar (to caramelize mango) + 1 teaspoon sugar added into blender
1/4 cup cilantro
