Here they convert a local harvest of wheat, potatoes, cucumbers, herbs, and rye into spirits that you can sip and enjoy at their tasting room, or purchase by the bottle to stock your home bar. With indoor and outdoor seating, the tasting room is a great way to spend happy hour or a long Sunday afternoon.

I recommend a tasting flight to sample a range of vodkas and single spuds. They also offer cocktails. The Bloody Mary is bloody delicious! It’s made from farms fresh ingredients. On that note, their small bites are also curated from the farm and include pickled beets, cucumbers, and carrots. Their cheeses are also locally sourced from Bridgehampton’s Mecox Bay Dairy.
