We started with the zucchini crust pizza. The crust was a bit soft, almost like a latke, but tasty with a nice tomato sauce and heaps of gooey cheese. For mains, I ordered the Salmon Niçoise Salad. This salad is a vibrant dish featuring fresh kale, green beans, olives, capers, and cherry tomatoes, topped with a perfectly cooked hard-boiled egg. It's finished with a savory Kalamata dressing, adding a rich, briny flavor that complements the tender salmon and crisp vegetables.
