While I was in Manhattan for business yesterday, I noticed around the corner from my building that Longchamp on 5th Avenue is hosting a pop up for Paris tea house, Angelina. New Yorkers and visitors of course can also head to Angelina’s Bryant Park location (1050 6th Ave, New York, NY 10018) for a fuller menu and service. Despite the light rain, I couldn’t resist orchestrating a mini Monday date with my wife at this inviting Angelina popup.

Of course, we went for Angelina's famed hot chocolate. Lynette ordered the summer time iced version, and they were both incredibly rich and delicious. While you’re there, be sure to try the delectable, limited edition, pistachio flavored Mont Blanc in Longchamp green. You’ll also find small packages of Viennoiseries and madeleines.

The service was excellent, the beverages and sweets indulgent, and we had a great time reminiscing about Paris and making plans for future travel.
