EATS: Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

EATS: Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

Super Bowl recipe week continues with my zesty, creamy blue cheese dressing recipe. The great thing about including blue cheese dressing on your Super Bowl menu is its versatility. For vegetarians it’s the perfect dip for crudités (these multicolor baby carrots coupled with blue cheese dressing were gone in a heartbeat) and for your carnivores it makes the perfect accompaniment to crispy Asian hot wings. Best of all this blue cheese dressing recipe is simple to make but still has that great gourmet flavor that elevates your game day eats.

When prepping, the key to a great dressing is selecting a quality blue cheese. While some of the cheese will blend into the dressing, you’ll still have nice chunks of cheese that stand out and so you want to be sure that this star ingredient tastes great. Don’t skimp on the cheese!
