Fini Pizza in Amagansett is a new and popular Hamptons spot known for bringing its New York-style pizza from Brooklyn out east. The vibe at Fini Pizza is laid-back and welcoming, with a few casual tables indoors and a large lawn with seating outdoors making it a great place for casual eats and catching up with friends and family.
Fini Pizza is celebrated for its high-quality dough, which is fermented for 72 hours, resulting in a light, airy crust that’s crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Their menu features a range of pizzas, from traditional margherita and pepperoni to more unique options like a white pizza with garlic, ricotta, and mozzarella. On a recent visit we tried the Sicilian pie which was my favorite. The crust is light and airy with toasted garlic and sharp shreds of parmesan across the top. We also had the classic Margherita pizza and my only complaint there is that it was a little too heavy on the cheese, but, you may be into that! They also offer salads, sides, and desserts and they have a full bar so you can enjoy a bottle of wine or cocktail with your pie.
The setting of Fini Pizza is casual, with a modern rustic design that reflects the beach town atmosphere of Amagansett. It’s a great spot to grab a slice or a whole pie after a day at the beach or to enjoy a relaxed meal with friends and family and we’re thrilled to have a great New York slice available in the Hamptons.
