Herb Butter and Heirloom Tomato Tartine Ingredients
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
4-5 leaves of fresh basil, finely diced + 2 more to top
6-8 leaves of fresh parsley, finely diced
1 small shallot, finely diced
5-6 stems of chives, finely diced
Maldon Salt
2-3 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced and seasoned with flake salt and black pepper
2 thick slices of crusty bread
Olive oil, to drizzle

In a medium bowl combine basil, parsley, shallots, chives and butter. Using a fork mix ingredients until well combined. Top off with Maldon Salt.
Slice heirloom tomatoes into thick slices and season with Maldon salt and cracked black pepper.
