Lime Jalapeño Vinaigrette Ingredients (dress the salad with 1/3 of what this dressing recipe yields)
1/2 cup avocado oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1-2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped (adjust to taste for heat)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon agave nectar (for a touch of sweetness)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Lime Jalapeño Vinaigrette Instructions:
