Iceland Guide: Day in Reykjavik

While Iceland has a lot of attractive options outside of Reykjavik, be sure to spend some time getting to know Reykjavik. Get a lay of the land with a bird's eye view of Reykjavijk from Hallgrimskirkja’s tower. There is plenty of public parking nearby and for about $7 USD you can enjoy the quiet serenity of the church and take the lift up to the top of the tower. Enjoy a meal at Cafe Loki or Fish Market and after a little shopping, head to Sandholt Bakery for Iceland’s best pastries.
