Any ski getaway requires a good go-to brunch spot for vacay cocktails and tasty bites. Vintage in Vail is a darling dining experience in the style of a French brasserie. While they also serve dinner my wife came for a leisure pre-shopping and pre-spa brunch. For those of you who enjoy a champagne brunch Vintage offers bottomless mimosas at varying price points for champagne, Prosecco, or sparkling wine so there’s something for everyone.

The beverage menu offers a nice array of espresso drinks and cocktails. Over the course of the meal Lynette enjoyed a black Americano, the Strawberry Fresca—Colorado gin, fresh strawberries, campari, prosecco, and a classic favorite, the French 75—gin, lemon, simple, prosecco. The menu mains are hearty options—eggs Benedict, caramel apple Belgian Waffles, and so on—and while all the dishes looked incredible, she settled on a starter as her main and had the smoked pacific salmon, capers, pickled shallot, chive cream cheese, cornichons, toasted baguette. Time in New Orleans has made beignet fans of our family so sweetly, my wife ordered a box of beignets with raspberry jam to bring back to our suite. Overall, the service was excellent despite the restaurant being at capacity with. a wait list, the cocktails were tasty, the bites were nicely composed and the setting was bright and airy. The perfect vacation brunch!
