Atlanta Guide: Georgia Aquarium

While in Atlanta we decided to take advantage of visiting the largest aquarium in the United States, the Georgia Aquarium. If your time allows, I suggest that you reserve a full day for this activity. Offering several shows (performances and sharing the stories of rescued sea lions and dolphins) and experiences (including the opportunity to enter the shark tank in a cage) and with several breathtaking galleries to view sea creatures you’ll need a few hours to take it all in. Be sure to arrive right at opening and to reserve a time for all shows and experiences that you want to attend. They book up quickly. From start to finish this was an incredible experience for our family. The scale and variety of sea life that you’ll encounter is truly breathtaking.
