EATS: Fried Rice Recipe
Growing up, fried rice was a staple dish in our house. The biggest reason for that was that it was my Dad’s go-to solution for meal time. I’ve passed the tradition of creating bright and delicious fried rice dishes down to my kids and it’s something they request regularly and devour for school lunch.
The great thing about fried rice is that you really can use the base recipe and then add any additional protein that you want. Shrimp, ham, tofu, and steak are all great additions to fried rice. In the video and for this recipe, I’m giving you a vegetarian fried rice that tastes amazing on it’s own but if you want to add some extra protein just cook separately and add in to the final toss of your fried rice.
