Stone Fruit and Burrata Salad with Balsamic Honey Dressing

Stone Fruit and Burrata Salad with Balsamic Honey Dressing

We’re in the height of the summer season and I’m loving featuring seasonal fruits in our main dishes. This Stone Fruit Burrata Salad with Balsamic Honey Dressing is the perfect light summer meal or starter. This dish combines the juicy sweetness of ripe stone fruits with the creamy indulgence of burrata cheese, all brought together by a tangy and subtly sweet balsamic honey dressing. The fresh cracked black pepper adds a subtle, spicy kick that beautifully enhances the natural sweetness of the cherries, creating an exceptional combination that tantalizes the taste buds. It's a perfect choice for a refreshing summer meal or an elegant appetizer that will impress your guests.
