After a fun night out at the Spotted Cat Club, you may need a little jolt of caffeine to help kickstart the day. Luckily for us, the Hotel Peter and Paul has, conveniently enough for guests, transformed the former side chapel of the Rectory, into a cafe. There you’ll find your choice of espresso and coffee beverages made with New Orleans locally roasted Congregation Coffee as well as a small assortment of scones and muffins.
We ordered Americano’s with a splash of oat milk. The coffee had an excellent, rich flavor. Still full of our indulgent New Orleans foodie adventures from the day before, we shared a blueberry muffin stuffed to the hilt with blueberries.
While you have your choice of elegant spaces to enjoy your coffee—the outdoor courtyard, two sitting rooms—we chose to sit in the sun room. With Ceiling to floor windows and a lovely view to the garden, it was the perfect space to start the morning.
